This practice is wonderful. Dr Jen is so caring and patient and the staff is amazing. I saw a staff member (Enrique) today at lunch and not only did he recognize me he asked about my dog BY NAME! They truly care about our fur babies.

My dogs love this vet so much. They get so excited to go there, they have always provided good work at a reasonable price and seem to really care about animals. I attached a video of how excited my dog was sitting in the exam room during our last visit, figured it goes to show how happy they make our animals!

Amazing service and experiences here. This is one of the vets that see our cats and dogs. Friday, we visited with the doctor for our 5 year old tabby that lost his voice for over a week. He had a full work up, he was tested for leukemia and heartworm and he was given his vaxx today. The vet was very thorough. Asked us lots of questions, sorted through his potential causes of laryngitis and also his behaviors since July 1 when he lost his voice entirely. They gave him a towel with a pheromone on it and played a noise maker that had chirping birds to calm him. Concerned he may have adverse responses to the vaxx, they even offered to give him an injection for nausea. Really patient and kind.

Our visits to Desert Hills were truly excellent. I appreciated the knowledgeable caring staff and clean facility. Care for our slightly grumpy kitty was awesome. The staff knew what to do and were always pleasant. Dr. Smith and her team of doctors and techs are stellar!

Told us the dental would range around $600 so scheduled the appointment. Day before the appointment told us it would be $1700 upfront. Extremely disappointed and completely unprofessional. Found the same service for $560 elsewhere.
