Desert Haven Animal Refuge

Highly recommend adopting from one of the best animal rescues. -Hawk & Gunther 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ Also highly recommend volunteering to walk some lovely dogs and cuddle some sweet kitties. The people and the animals here are all so beautiful 💕🐈‍🐕‍🦺

We adopted our girl Luna from this rescue a few months ago. The staff was quick to respond to our adoption application and during our meet and greet, everyone was very kind and made the adoption process smooth and easy. Everyone we met seemed to genuinely care about the animals in their rescue and clearly had their best interests at heart. We couldn't be happier with our new pup, she's been the perfect addition to our family.

We adopted a puppy there today and the staff were so personable and made us feel very welcomed. She took the time to explain to us expected behavior upon coming home and overall helped us feel more prepared. Before hand they were very communicative as well via text message. Also, I love the idea of the work exchange they have for their staff! Would recommend :)

The folks who run this rescue are wonderful for caring for the animals and helping them find loving homes. Cheers for all the volunteers who help out too. The community is lucky to have this organization doing such great work.

The people at Desert Haven were great, they knew exactly what animal would be good for us. They went above and beyond to make sure Prince will acclimate well at home. All their animals are happy and well cared for as well.
