They did an amazing job with our dog pepper. Our yorkie pepper can be a lot to deal with cause she’s a busy body but they. Cut her how we likes and took great care of her. 5 stars this way

Lauren has been grooming my standard poodle, TJ Maxx, since he was a puppy. He’s now four years old and absolutely loves her! Lauren is incredibly patient and always showers him with affection. In return, TJ Maxx gives her the biggest, sloppiest kisses. He’s had all sorts of cuts, from low trims to classic poodle styles and poofs. He always looks amazing when we pick him up! I always bring treats because he can be a bit of a teenager sometimes, but Lauren is always kind and gentle with him.

I am writing this review because it is not right to treat an innocent dog like our dog was treated. They kept her in the kennel for 4 1/2 hours without water and then rushed to finish the job cutting her nails and causing them to bleed. I called a few days ago and made an appointment for my terrier. This wasn’t a “RUSH” order. I mentioned that “I am flexible with days and hours.” My appointment was today at 1:00pm, and I arrived 10 minutes earlier (12:50pm). I asked when I should come back, and she said in 2 hours. So, I was around the area and came back to the store at 3:15pm, and I said ‘’I am here for my dog”, so the lady from the grooming room said.” your dog is not ready yet, and we will call you.” I said, “no problem” and left. The store was going to close at 6:00pm. I came back and

I’ve been bringing our Shih Tzu, Luna here for probably a couple years now. Lauren always does such a great job and is always so sweet to our baby. Luna would act out when she would come home from any groomer.. but she is now no different in personality when she comes home, just cleaner and prettier! Thank you Lauren!!
