I hope nobody ever finds themselves in need of an emergency vet, however if you are in the Denton area and need one, Denton County Animal ER is where you want to be. This is where my sweet girl Tessa took her last breath, and for as horrific as the experience was due to everything that happened that was out of our control, everything that they could control was done so with nothing but the best care, and the entire staff was so incredibly compassionate and truly had both my and Tessa’s best interests at heart. I received a beautiful sympathy card mail today with seeds that I can plant in memory of my girl and while it absolutely broke my heart to be in the place I am to receive it, it just further demonstrated their exceptional kindness and reiterated that right up until the end Tessa was

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My 3-month-old kitten, Flash, dislocated his elbow after a fall. The staff at Denton County Animal ER were incredibly kind and reassuring from the start. The doctor explained the urgency clearly, performed a 45-minute procedure to put his elbow back in place, and within a few hours Flash was safely back home. I truly appreciated how the staff explained everything upfront, including costs, and offered flexible payment options. They make sure families feel supported not just medically, but also emotionally and practically. To the doctor who fixed my pet’s elbow, and to every staff member who showed such kindness: thank you from the bottom of my heart. May God bless you all for the work you do. 😇👏

We had to put our precious baby Delilah to rest. Although one of the most difficult things me and my husband had to go through, we were met with not only a very professional team, everyone was so compassionate and so kind. On November 22nd, we called about what felt like a thousand clinics, hospitals etc, not one was able to help us. We knew it wouldn't be much longer, she was trying to be brave for us but we knew we had to make a choice. My husband found you guys, immediately made a call it was like an answered prayer. We had never done this before we had no idea what to expect. We came in, I was already an emotional wreck, everyone was so kind. We had our babygirl checked but as we had expected, there was nothing that could have been done. The way the Veterinarian spoke to us in a manner

My pupper rang in the new year by eating his Dad’s dark chocolate bar. He was hospitalized and taken care of as the helped keep his heart rate down. The staff was so understanding and kind with my probably more than necessary check ins throughout the day. They sent me a picture of him while he was in their care and made me feel reassured while I was in full panic. Thank you so much for saving my little man!

I am extremely grateful I found Denton county animal er on short notice to help my puppy, milo. he was critically ill and fighting for his life, and unfortunately, veg er for pets in grand prairie, Tx, did not go out of their way to provide the care he urgently needed. even though I had to drive to Denton county, I would make the trip again without hesitation. the team there went above and beyond for my 6-month-old puppy, showing genuine compassion and professionalism. they were also able to set up a payment plan, which made it possible for me to get milo the life-saving care he needed. their care and dedication truly made all the difference.
