Deming Animal Clinic

My partner and I took my cat Panther to the clinic in the morning for an emergency walk-in. He had abrasions on his face, and I wasn't sure if he had a concussion from a fall. The staff was able to accommodate and squeeze me in to see Panther within a reasonable time. Not only was the vet professional and knowledgeable but he also did not charge us for unnecessary labs and procedures. The visit was very affordable. We were able to get pain medicine for my cat, and then he sent us on our way. We are very thankful to the staff at this clinic. I highly recommend this animal clinic for your pet's needs!

New to the area & I knew something was wrong with my dog. They were able to squeeze us in between surgeries for an exam & lab work. A call the following day confirmed it was diabetes. Dr. Haynes had me come in that afternoon & was very patient showing me how to give insulin injections and making sure I felt comfortable doing that. I am so GRATEFUL to Deming Animal Clinic. I moved here from WA where vet appointments are booked out 6-8 weeks and they got me in within two days. My dog is doing much better and that's the best I could hope for.

Punctuality is bad. No healthcare recommendations given after picking up pet. No sign saying you need to sign in to be attended. They would attend others who hadn't signed in, and when I went to ask for a question they told me to sign in. But when their friends went by, they would receive help without having to sign in. They had a hard time processing my paperwork. They're entire reception office looks very cluttered, and unorganized. Looks unwelcoming, and like a mental hospital for pets instead of a veterinay. I noticed another pet owner had a hard time getting his pet back. My pet was healthy but passed a week after the surgery. Unprofessional and apathetic experience overall.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate Deming Animal Clinic. New to the area and a real worry was finding a great vet for our senior great danes and cats. After receiving several referrals I was thrilled that they provide timely appointments by a friendly staff and a vet that gives terrific care. They took special care with our fearful girl to make her feel safe.

Over charging an elderly person seems like the normal day to day business practices here at this clinic. Then to make up 3 different stories to try to cover up a procedure your doctor "decided" to perform without the owners consent & have the nerve to charge the owner for that procedure?!?!?! Yelling at a customer while trying to minimize your guilt for your wrongdoing IS NOT going to help you in the long run. The saying "every action has a consequence" means that every choice and action you take leads to a result and unfortunately its going to be a lesson learned for everyone. I can only imagine how many customers have gone through similar situations.
