Demanes has been taking care of my cats then my dogs for decades. They are so good at what they do and have a vast knowledge base. Their friendly and compassionate care is wonderful. The entire staff is caring and kind. My dogs love their "outings" at the dogtor. 😊

I love this place we have been there many times with dogs we have fostered from grafelman Farms. I love the doctor and the staff. They are so nice and caring today we were there with one of our foster and they were super nice and so funny Especially the doctor. I give them five stars. I would recommend this that to anybody.

I hate to write this. My family has trusted Demanes Animal Hospital for three generations. The level of care has always been exceptional, and Dr. Demanes continues the legacy of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that built this practice’s reputation. There is no question that the medical care provided here is top notch. That being said, we can no longer afford to come here. Today I brought my mother’s cat in for a suspected UTI. They took a urinary sample to be sent to the lab, and an hour later I left with a bill for $437. I understand that quality veterinary care comes at a cost, but the pricing has reached a point that is unsustainable for families on a budget. Walking through the doors now carries the financial anxiety of an emergency room visit. It’s a car note every time

Truly caring and compassionate team! I’ve trusted Demanes Animal Hospital with my cats for years, and they’ve always gone above and beyond. They explain all options clearly, and give honest estimates so there are no surprises. They cared for my cat Sunny through his diabetes and were so gentle and understanding when it was his time to go. Their kindness meant the world to me, and even after moving, I’ll still be bringing my Starla to them. 💛

We are seasonal visitors to Peoria from Sarasota FL and had an urgent complicated situation with our 2 year old golden doodle. Demanes Animal Hospital immediately accepted us as new clients and saw us that day. Dr. Addison Demanes is amazing! Thorough, compassionate, patient and so knowledgeable! His staff were all welcoming and went out of their way to assist us in so many ways. They are the jackpot of veterinary practices!
