We first contacted Matt and Jennifer when our senior dog, Sonny, was experiencing separation anxiety during the day, and subsequently disturbing our neighbors with his ongoing barking. We thought it might be good to get him out and about, and Matt was up to the task of taking him for daily walks. He adapted to walking Sonny, who was blind and deaf. He gave him lots of love and treats, and without judgement, kindly tolerated Sonny's stubbornness and mindless pacing around the driveway. He also miraculously won over our cat, Mario, who's a bit moody. He and Jennifer offered their support as Sonny aged. After about a year together, at the age of 15, Sonny was diagnosed with cancer, and Matt and Jennifer offered endless resources, sent us daily updates, and connected us to an amazing palliati

Jennifer at Deluxe Pet Care is amazing. We have an older cat with a number of health issues, who needs several daily medications and subcutaneous fluids every other day... far beyond what we’d feel comfortable asking a friend or neighbor to handle while we’re away. Jennifer has the training and background to handle everything smoothly, and we feel our pets are in great hands with her. She spends time with our cats when she visits; it’s much more than just a quick in/out feeding. And she sends us periodic updates with photos of our cats having a great time playing with her and getting silly on catnip. Jennifer has also been great with our turtle, who has also had some additional health needs recently. She is responsible, communicative, and deeply cares about the well-being of the critters

Jennifer from Deluxe Pet Care is just what her business name implies...Deluxe!! Jennifer took care of our two cats, one with diabetes, for over a year while we lived in the Boston area. The cats immediately took to her and did extremely well under her care. Our diabetic cat requires insulin injections every 12 hours and Jennifer maintained his schedule perfectly, which is no small task! Our cats are part of our family and we are extremely protective over them, but we never had to worry at all when she was taking care of them. She is very knowledgeable and is great about communicating as needed. I would highly recommend Jennifer for all of your pet sitting needs. She is smart, professional, caring, and clearly loves her job.

I have had Jennifer care for three of my dogs over the past ten years. Two have been seniors with special needs. She is so attentive & caring & honestly I credit her in part for the fact that one of my dogs is now almost 19 years old! She is professional & reliable & her communication style is so easy to deal with - I truly can not recommend her more highly - you will be so glad to have this service in your pet’s life!!

Jennifer is wonderful. She takes incredible care of my Sunny and Kisa and is like family to them. Sunny can be a bit grumpy and has to have three medications a day day. Jennifer isn't daunted and always comes with a positive attitude and so much love and care. I am a bit of a nervous cat Mom, but when Jennifer is available to visit Sunny and Kisa I can relax as I know that they are in the best hands. She is always calm, and as interested in their well being and happiness as I am. I am so lucky to have Deluxe Pet Care and Jennifer in my life! (PS Sunny is sitting right next to me while I write this review and he approves!)
