I recently experienced an emergency with my cat that turned into an extremely critical situation. I am beyond grateful for the top notch treatment, compassion, and love they showed my girl during the eight days she was hospitalized. Dr. Niaz, Dr. Mike, and the entire team of doctors were absolutely amazing. The technicians were also outstanding and took exceptional care of her. I truly cannot thank them enough and am deeply grateful for everything they did to save her life.

Paula was incredibly sweet and reassuring, and the doctor personally took the time to walk me through all of my options, answering my questions thoroughly and honestly. This place is absolutely amazing—true lifesavers. We took our 8‑week‑old puppy, Storm, to our local vet because we thought she had a respiratory infection. She was given antibiotics and sent home. The very next day, Storm stopped eating, developed bloody diarrhea, and became extremely lethargic. Our vet then recommended we take her to an emergency clinic, which is how we ended up here—and I am so grateful we did. Brought my pup in for emergency and they were great! Professional and caring. Was a little long of a process but i think it was better than if they had rushed it. Took their time with their exam and was honest and transparent with pricing. I will be back for all emergencies.

Honestly, I would have given 0 stars ⭐️ if I was able to! It started when I brought my pet in for an emergency visit bc she was peeing blood! Dr. Mike was kind to go over the details of what he decided to do to make her comfortable. Blood work, urine analysis, antibiotics and a steroid were given and we were sent home. He suggested I bring her back in 5 days to get her blood work checked again and there would be no charge for the follow up visit consultation just the blood work! Here is where the big problem began! I took her in and the obnoxiously rude front desk clerk said I needed to pay for another consultation fee that Dr Mike doesn’t make the rules! They tried to charge me or fleece me another big bill before seeing my pet again! I was so angry with her as she told me to leave and ta
