Outstanding experience! We visited during a holiday to choose a special bird for my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been smoother. The straightforward, no-nonsense approach was a breath of fresh air, and her expertise was impressive. We left with a beloved cockatoo that has brought immense joy to our family!

Ms. Delorce, is a remarkable woman. At short notice, she allowed my family to meet with her and her flock. She gave us her undivided attention, showed us her bird sanctuary, and took the time to educate us on the proper care, handling & diet. She answered any questions we had and even allowed us to tour her baby incubator. She even allowed us to interact with the baby parrot were taking home once it’s ready to leave the ‘nest’ to start the bonding process. She has a true love for these feathered creatures, and it’s shows… I should mention that this morning I lost my beloved Quaker parrot. I called her with a broken heart and showed up at her door with tears flowing. She treated me with love and compassion, the same she gives to her flock… In my opinion, she is a true example of what the wo
