Del Oeste Equine Hospital

I have used Del Oeste for 7+ years and have had great experiences. Dr. Camp has been helpful with lameness issues and takes time to educate me on the procedures and options. He is up to date on the latest research and protocols. More recently, I have been using Dr. Duggan, who is phenomenal as well. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He took time with my new gelding who was a rescue and very uneasy. The horse was not happy about getting blood drawn but Dr. Duggan worked with him one-on-one for a few minutes and my horse calmed down. Highly recommend this office.

I have used Del Oeste vet for many years. Dr Lengele and Dr Camp have been great and compassionate with my horses. Always willing to explain and and answer your questions or concerns.Everyone working there are friendly and great to work with.

Chose middle rating based on how terrific this clinic was in the past. Increasingly since The Big New Facility was built, Del Oeste drifting toward not so great. Not even quasi-great. More like this: it became quite obvious recently that it was time to change to another equine clinic. Del Oeste veterinarians frequently fail to provide the promised follow up information (esp after treating a very, very sick horse). Then the formerly high caliber clinic staff became gradually less than professional. The new after-hours answering service was even less professional. Del Oeste, it's not about the money though sometimes your services were priced unreasonably high. Dr Duncan and his assistant were phenomenal in the difficult job of putting my elderly mare down recently. They were very professional and compassionate, explaining the whole process and what to expect. It was as painless and peaceful as it possibly could have been. I highly recommend their services. Very impressive folks here. Very grateful to them. ❤️

One of the best equine hospitals around. All the Veterinarians that work here are excellent. Ashlee the receptionists is wonderful at taking phone calls . You guys have been there for my horses for over 21+ years.We thankyou so much for being there ❣️
