Andrew was awesome. My Elvis was well behaved for Dr. Robinson, who we also through was great . Good to know I have a vet to trust in our new home town. Loved the paintings in the examination room.

From routine visits to the end of life care for my beloved Moxie, they have consistently gone above and beyond. Dr. Gibbs and Andrew, the vet assistant, were outstanding—compassionate, professional, and deeply caring during Moxie’s final moments. The way Dr. Gibbs and the team handled the situation with such kindness and respect made a heartbreaking experience easier to navigate. I am very disappointed in the Decorah Vet Clinic and I never thought I would say that. My daughter took our dog in last Thursday for an ear infection. The doctor checked her and gave her ear drops. I administered her ear drops in both ears and the medication worked fine up until Sunday when it wouldn't come out of the container. On Monday I tried it again and it came out gummy. I couldn't get it into the syringe and it burst all over me and the table. The syringe they gave us did not fit into the bottle. I called the vet clinic and she told me to bring it in. This is a 10 day dose and I paid 50$ for it. My daughter ran it in and they gave us a new bottle but charged us for it. I called and said hey I already paid for this medication but it is not usable. The lady told me that she checked i

Wonderful and caring staff. We are from out of town and they saw our dog without an appt. right away even though it was not an emergency. Clean and welcoming facilities.
