Jon terry, *YOU'RE so funny. I am the husband that was in there, you weren't there either so not sure why you are acting like you were. Not once did I call your wife any names. I'm assuming you're the gentlemen she called instead of the police she threatened me with. Which she called because she thought I was not going to pay at all. After I already told her I would gladly pay for the bath and trim but not the nails. I told her to go ahead and call because I would be glad to talk to them. After she saw that little trick didn't bother me, her demeanor changed alot, not mine. Anyway, go ahead and try to make it look like we're the ones that were in the wrong. I would never leave a bad review unless they deserve it. I strongly advise people to not go here, it's not a professional establishmen

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. We took our Buddy here for the first time for a bath, haircut, and nail trim. Was told the price was $50. I prewarned them as a courtesy that he doesn't like his nails cut, which is why we have them PROFESSIONALY cut. She immediately told me that she wasn't about to get bit and ill need to hold him. Well, like I said before, he fought us because he doesn't like them cut. All he does is groan and move his paws, never once has he snapped at someone the multiple times we've had him groomed. Well they said they would try again after he had his bath. They call me and say he's ready. Took my little one there about a month ago and just loved her cut! They did a great job! And she even left her bows in for a few days... I was shocked! 😲 I am making another appointment this week!

I dropped my Pug off to get groomed and what I got back was a JOKE! They did not cut his nails. He was shedding like he never got brushed. I called the business back and was told that "If I come there and hold him, they will cut his nails". Then she said that the reason why my dog was still shedding was because "He's a Pug and thats what they do". I am going back to Petco where I should have went in the first place!

My friend took her dog here and did not have a satisfactory experience. I wanted to put my two cents in because as a business owner I would NEVER respond to negative reviews in the manner in which this business owner and her husband have. It just makes you flat out look bad! As a business owner myself I know you have to not sweat the small stuff. At some point in time generally every business is going to encounter a complaint. Lets be real..it happens. However, it's the nature in which you address the problem that counts. It was a such a minor issue that could've been easily handled by this business, but instead they chose to act completely unprofessional. Tisk tisk.
