Dear Puppy

Our dog is normally terrified of water and absolutely hates going for a bath, but at this place, he actually jumps in on his own! You can truly see how much the staff loves and cares for the dogs. It’s so heartwarming. The difference compared to bathing him at home is unbelievable. He smells amazing afterward, and his fur becomes so soft and fluffy. It’s a place we feel grateful for every single time we visit!

I had a disappointing experience with Dear Puppy. I specifically requested to keep the fur above my dog’s nose, but the trimming around the corners of the eyes was done unevenly. As a result, my dog now looks much fiercer than expected, which is not the style I wanted. I hope the groomers can pay more attention to detail and ensure the styling matches the customer’s request.

Not my dog’s first time here, and it won’t be her last! My dog is a little feisty, but I’m always so impressed with the grooming done here. I’m so grateful that Mimi is so patient with my dog, and that there are measures taken to make sure that everything is done well! She got her nails done today 💅

This was the first time I’ve went to a groomer who actually listened to my request. Every groomer I’ve been to in both NY and NJ kept saying my dog’s hair just couldn’t do what other (poodles) hair could do because it’s more fine. They surpassed my expectations and did an incredible job on my 2 year old mini poodle Thor. The owner was also very sweet and definitely came across as someone knowledgeable and realistic. It is a bit pricier than other groomers in Bergen county but I would say it was 1000% worth it. Thank you Dear Puppy! 감사합니다 ☺️
