I placed an order for some reptile supplies 2 months ago and have not received it. I have emailed customer service several times. Their phone number listed is disconnected. I don't know who is running this business, but this is seriously unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Kevin did an amazing job explaining what I would need for bearded dragons and has a fantastic collection of isopods, spring tails and live mosses! I’m obsessed with my new powder orange isopods, they started chowing down on my old vegetation and slime molds right away in my neglected dry Iwagumi set up. I’ll definitely be back!

What can I say other than this place and the staff is awesome! First, I contacted Kevin to ensure they had the dragon I was interested in; because I was coming from 45 minutes away. Second, I coordinated with Kevin a day and time to visit. I believe he stayed open just for me. Third, he is kind, polite, personable, professional, knowledgeable and relaxed. He seemed to have everything ready for my arrival. I arrived with my 2 daughters. He encouraged handling the variety of dragons and answered all my questions, and then some. I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing. He ensured I had what was needed for our new baby dragon and I have no complaints about the cost. Its been 2 days since our dragon purchase and she seems healthy and active. Shes basking and appears to be settling

I am typically one who promote the small businesses especially ones that provide good quality service. In fact I have purchased from this company in the past without any issues. I was a perfectly satisfied customer. However with my recent experience just last month I purchased 250 crickets (on an ongoing order) And a reptile scale. The order arrived 2 weeks later, the scale was nice and I was satisfied with it. However the crickets arrived completely dead. The Box didn't have any ventilation and the crickets naturally died. When I called them and left a voice message, and an email as a follow up I never got a response back. Since then over a course of 2 &1/2 weeks, i have sent my 5th email with the latest one today and left 3 voice messages and have not ever received any contact responses

I ordered mealworms. They arrived in timely manner, but with NO instructions. Called immediately. No answer. Left email. Person who called several days later was pleasant, but basically said I didn't need to do business with them if I don't like their poor customer service. So be it.
