Sarah was great at taking care of my furbaby. I ran into living problems when I lost my job in Fort Doge ia. She took him in and watched him for me, I was greatful. After a week and a half, a stroke of bad luck, Buster past away in his sleep and she helped me get him up to Ashes to Ashes cremation services. He was 17 1/2 years old, he had a good life, he will be missed. When ashes to ashes came to pu Buster they asked Sara for his leash and harness, all they gave her was Buster, his toy, and his blanket. She said he chewed up. No leash and harness, i try getting ahold of her and ask her about it, cant get a hold of her. A month ago she said it was all their ready to go. But when ashes to ashes came it was chewed up. Sarah and her staff are so good to the dogs and keeping owners updated while they are away from their pets! I received daily report cards during my trip and my dog came home so happy, whereas normally he comes home from boarding places exhausted and anxious. We will be going here for all boarding from now on!

Just picked up my kitten after a week away. I was really nervous how he'd do for a week, but Renee sent me updates about how he was doing. He had a blast. She really made sure he got the care and attention he needed. With her extensive background in animal care, I trust her explicitly. The prices were really low compared to other boarding places. Especially considering the one-on-one attention, free dog park time and communication for us nervous parents who request it. I felt really lucky to get my furbaby in on such short notice since she is always booked solid for vacation season. Thanks so much!

Not a fan of how this new owner does business. She claims to have the same pricing, but was $100 more than what we paid previously. No communication about the dogs and how they were doing. She told me she would be putting them in one kennel, but then posted pics of them in a smaller one. They both seem fine, so there’s that. Just falsely lead me to believe it would be the same. It was amazing when Sarah was the owner. She really loved the animals and kept us owners updated on how the dogs were doing every day. We won’t be back.
