Dawns Doggie Day Spa

Last year my long time groomer retired and close shop. I tried Dawn's because the location was close to home. From the start, the haircuts were inconsistent. I expressed my concerns, even having to take my dog back once after a grooming. I continued to return because they were close to home, however, after my last visit, I will not return. I asked for a low cut. Not only did they do a horrible job cutting his face, but they actually shaved down to his bare skin, leaving him irritated, with some patches of razor burn. I called to report what we experienced and told the owner I would not return. Her response was a very nonchalant, obligatory apology. Not even asking for an opportunity to make it right. I'm very disappointed in the service and care for my dog.

Dawn did an amazing job on my Ummi. It was her first hair cut ever. They were very fast. She respected my wishes of keeping the long face & tail. My pups didn’t appear stressed at all. I dropped her off at 8:45 and was called at 11:30 for pick. I’ll be using Dawn and her staff as long as I’m in the area. Everyone was sweet and kind to me. Oh I forgot to add how amazing my puppy smelled. I included a before pic.

This groomer burned my pup by using hot clippers. I called and told them, they wanted me to bring him back to check him out but I respectfully declined. Pricing is good but not worth causing pain to my pup baby.

Latte has been going to Dawn since she opened up in our area. She is one of the best groomers that I have taken latte too. She is a very nice young lady . Great customer service honest and she get you in and out. My family and I called latte blue ears because of his ears colors Kathy Edwards
