I've been taking my mini schnauzer Lincoln here for years since he was a puppy. While he gets nervous every time he goes in, he comes out feeling brand new and in a great mood, excited to show off his new haircut! They treat his "dog awkwardness" with care and get to know the personalities of every animal so they can cater to them as individuals.

I scheduled a grooming. Told them she was a terrier mix. When we PICKED her up she had only been bathed and nails cut. No hair cut. They said they don’t cut her breed. $60 later. Very disappointed! We should have been told as we dropped her off. Oh wait… had they told us that WE WOULD NOT HAVE WENT THROUGH WITH THE APPOINTMENT!!! Bad business practice!!

I brought my dog Theo in for a shampoo and nail trim! He has never been to a groomer before ( I used to give him baths at home and vet will trim his nails) and the women working did an outstanding job with him. From the moment we walked in they made us feel welcome and comfortable. What a great grooming service. Thanks!

My dog, who has very bad anxiety, does very well here. He always has the same groomer, which helps him have stability. They also always do a really nice job of the actual grooming. I wouldn't take my little guy anywhere else.
