We were visiting the area and needed a good daycare our English bulldog pup for one long day. I reached out to Dawn and she was very helpful and thorough. When we showed up, she was friendly and put our pup at ease. We thought she'd be filthy after a day outside with other dogs, but she was really clean. I was not expecting that- she can come home covered in schmutz from her indoor daycare. Great communication, reasonable rates, and a excellentway with the dogs.

Her fenced yard and cozy places to lay inside gave us peace of mind when we trusted Dawn with the care and feeding of our guys, zeke and Quince.

She watches our cat when we travel and it's great to have that piece of mind when you're so far from home. She's communicative, keeps us updated, and puts in a lot of effort with our stubborn boy. I can't recommend Dawn highly enough! We would be absolutely lost without her and the amazing care she provides for our pup, Lincoln. Dawn loves each and every one of the animals she watches as if they were her own. They are safe, well cared for, and having fun 24/7 under her watch. Our dog has a few quirks and Dawn happily attends to his individual needs. We never feel bad leaving Lincoln when he is with Dawn because we know he feels right at home. In fact, his tail starts wagging the minute we pull into the driveway and he pulls all the way to the door (and then has no interest in saying goodbye to us!) I wouldn't have it any other way! We had a challenging and highly disappointing experience collaborating with Dawn and ultimately found the partnership unsustainable. In our experience, her communication style and approach to business matters made it difficult to maintain a productive working relationship—something we've rarely encountered in the pet services industry. Our brief collaboration involved providing door-to-door transportation for two clients’ Dogs between NYC and Dawn’s upstate location. While we established strong working relationships with both pet owners, certain logistical and policy-related issues—such as extremely inflexible drop-off timing and a request for a referral fee—proved problematic. Referral fees are not standard practice in our industry, and this misalignment in expectations contributed to ou
