Never visited this place, but just called in for the first time, and the man who answered the phone was very rude, answered with a "what?" rather than a professional greeting such as "this is dauphin animal hospital, how can I help you?" and refused to put a manager on or tell me whom he was after answering.
Caring staff, very knowledgable. Felt comfortable bringing my pet to them. Will do so again for an emergency.
Pleasant experience with pet. Dr. was quite knowledgeable and nurturing. Dr. is winding down into retirement.
The doc shows kindness, compassion, and wisdom as he treats his patients with patience.
