Dacia’s Dog Training

We met Dacia in November 2025 after surviving two board‑and‑train programs that didn’t quite get to the heart of what we needed — help inside our home, where Penny the Tornado does her best (and worst) work. From the moment we reached out, Dacia was on it. She set up a meet‑and‑greet right away, and we instantly knew she was different. She’s gentle, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and uses a fear‑free, love‑first approach that fits Penny perfectly. She even travels to us, her pricing is fantastic, and her in‑home boarding (with a trial stay) was smooth as butter. Penny practically sprints to her door every time we drop her off. We recently started working with Dacia to try to prepare our dog for a new baby in home. And she has been awesome, she’s really good at explaining everything so well so you can understand exactly what to do, even if you are a beginner at training. We didn’t know how to even begin with our German Shepherd/Boxer and his reactive behavior but she has given us so many ideas and we’ve started to see improvement right away. I especially appreciate that she sends instructions after each training session so that we are able to look back on it for weeks to come and remember exactly what to do. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer.

Dacia is a hero!! She helped me understand my pup along with making us a better team. Dacia listened to my concerns and eased my mind about Nola’s reactivity. Dacia is truly phenomenal. Not only is Dacia extremely knowledgeable, but she is also easy to work with. Dacia was awesome with our dog! She was patient and very reassuring, which was so nice considering how shy our girl usually is. I love that she offers trial nights before boarding to make sure everyone gets along and is a good fit! Dacia kept us updated and even sent us plenty of pictures to reassure us she was settling in. I know our dog is in good hands with her and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to receive pet sitting or boarding services!
