Dr. Incandela truly treated us like family. We recently experienced a tragedy, our beloved momma rat Brownie broke her leg and we were horrified that we may have to make a tough choice about her life. Thankfully, Dr, Incandela was able to amputate her leg for under $600 (I’ve read the procedure goes for upwards of $1000) Brownie has a litter of babies, and while we’ve had to sperate them, Incandela gave us some directives about how to feed the babies. Brownie honestly has been acting brand new since she came home. The front desk staff are also worth mentioning, as they were more than kind as we had to split payments between card and cash. Thanks so much Cypress Point for saving her life!

I have been taking our pets to Cypress Point since 2012. Dr Pfister was so wonderful to work with and Dr Joe is exceptional as well! He has taken great care of our French Bulldog Millie recently. Very fair and thorough! Gets us in fast and truly cares about her treatment and progress. We appreciate you, Dr Joe and staff! ♥️

This is one of the best Vet Hospitals around the Northshore by far!! My family found a bearded dragon on the street and it needed medical attention for its eye. Cypress Point was more than accommodating and made sure to get us in quickly. The young ladies working at the front counter were very welcoming and when we were leaving, they all made sure to pet and hold our newly found dragon baby! Dr. Joe was who took care of our new baby, Freya. He made sure she was healthy and got the right meds she needed for her poor little eye. Dr. Joe was very detailed with his explanation of what he found wrong and even more explanatory with his instructions for care. As of that visit, my family will only be bringing our pets to Cypress Point Animal Hospital.

Dr. Joe took care of my 2 peafowl. I brought them in for assessment. They were not eating well and Ebony had a pronounced limp. After examining them, he diagnosed them with round worms. Ebony had a broken leg. Dr. Joe kept her and performed the surgery the next day. His kind compassion was a comfort to me as well as Ebony. His gentle handling impressed me. The entire staff was compassionate. The fees were reasonable and the level of care was outstanding.

Terrible experience. Brought my older (14 y/o) Miniature Schnauzer here because I was told he could get shots and groomed all in a days visit. He was frisky so we figured he’d have to be sedated for the grooming. He was perfectly fine when we dropped him off at 8:40am, on October 17, 2025. Brought proof of a recent rabies vaccination he had. Sometime in the afternoon, they called and said he had all shots and for whatever reason Dr Joe gave him another rabies shot. Then Dr Joe got on the phone and said because he’s old, he wanted to check his blood for any issues before he’d give him any sort of shot to be groomed.
