I’ve been taking my cats to Cypress Creek Pet Care for many years. Dr Alcaino is our favorite Vet there. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She always gives options and takes time to explain everything. All of her staff is very helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend!
We have had such wonderful experiences with Cypress Creek Pet Care. The entire team consistently takes such great care of our pets, and you can truly tell how much they love what they do. From the moment we walk in, everyone knows our dogs by name and makes them feel so welcome. One of our favorite things is that the manager Christie, often comes out of her office to greet the dogs personally and she checks in to see how our visit went and if all of our questions were answered. That shows us how much she values the relationships that are built within her clinic. You can also always hear the team in the back talking about how cute the dogs are and how excited they are to see them it’s clear the care here is genuine. We were honestly surprised to learn that the clinic is corporate owned beca
I recently took my cat to this veterinary clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They handled my cat with so much patience and gentleness, which immediately put both of us at ease. Especially the front desk staff named Terry, I want to mention and give extra credit with the knowledge and experiance I was not expecting with getting us admitted in and as well leaving with instructions given to us so we are comfortable we are doing everything right while checking out. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood the treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they truly care about the well-being of their pat
Dr. Tung is a gem. He was so kind and caring with our cat who we recently adopted and has a ton of health issues. We could clearly tell he was a person who cared about the pets he was helping deeply, and we’re happy to trust him with our cat’s extensive care needs. He took time to address all of our concerns and he both explained his findings and educated us on the details of his observations and recommendations. We left feeling optimistic and in good hands. We’ll be bringing our other cats to him for their future needs as well.
I’m writing this review with a lot of frustration, because this clinic has been my vet clinic for many years. I’ve been coming to Cypress Creek Pet Care for around 8–10 years, and I have always brought my own three pets here. I’ve consistently had great experiences in the past. Even after the veterinarian I loved no longer worked here, the few times I saw other vets, the care was still good. That history is exactly why I chose to bring a cat I found on the street here. I found this cat outside and took him in temporarily because he was almost hit by a car and was in an extremely deplorable condition. He was extremely malnourished I could feel all of his bones, severely dehydrated, failing the skin turgor test, and actively vomiting. I was very concerned. The first thing I asked was for th
