I have taken my dog here twice now. And both time I have Picked her up she is in such a good mood and is smiling all the way back home.
I have to change my review because last time I took him his fur was uneven, his nails were not trimmed, and he seemed very scared to go in there. He is a loveable dog and isn't never scared of anything. Thats why I am go with my gut and never taking him back.
My experience was awesome, they did my two poodle boys and were great!
First time customers and never ever again. I took our Aussie in for a deshedding and came back to a super close buzz cut over her entire body. She has razor burn in multiple places and one place is bleeding. I read the reviews about bad hair cuts but thought since we only asked for a deshedding it would be ok. I was wrong. Very disappointed customer.
My lab goes in once per week for a bath. Patricia has been doing a fantastic job with her and loves her as much as I do
