We had an incredible experience at Custom Creatures. My wife had been really interested in learning more about sugar gliders, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and informative for her. They took the time to patiently answer all of her questions and even allowed her to see and handle a sugar glider before making the decision to buy one. That meant a lot because sugar gliders are unique animals, and getting the chance to interact with one first really helped her feel confident and excited about it. What stood out the most was how patient and genuine they were. I purchased a white tree frog and a aussie green tree frog on Dec. 27th 2025. i purchased everything from Custom Creatures, the total was over $500.00. I asked the manager several questions on how to take care of the frogs. When i brought them home I tried feeding them and they would not eat. I tried everyday. I went back to the store and talked to the manager to let him know of my concerns. He told me they sometimes take a little while to get use to the change. I purchased some crickets and went home. I continued trying to feed the frogs every day, and they still did not eat. I went back again to speak to the manager and he said to try putting the frogs in water before feeding time or try to put the crickets up the their mouths and irritate the frog with the cricket to kind of force him.

They bought some of my baby bearded dragons they have extremely beautiful animals if your looking for something cool they are the place!

Cute humble and well taken care of exotic animals store. Must sign up as a member for free with number and if you use cash you get a price off! Amazing reptile and tarantula selection. All staff have been quirky in the best ways and friendly. Lots of good used tanks on sale and accessories.

Custom creatures has an incredible selection of healthy reptiles and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean, and the enclosures are well-maintained. They have all the supplies you need, from feeders to tanks, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend them for both beginners and experienced reptile owners.
