Do not recommend! Wasted $250.00 for NOTHING!! Paid them to search for a reputable and ethical breeder for a puppy and waited WEEKS without any word or communication on how it was going! So I call oh curly is out hunting it’s hunting season, then oh curly is sick he’s out for a while, then oh he can’t find anything right now , then he’s working on something right now. Phone conversations were confusing, text messages misunderstood idk just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be for my purpose in hiring him. They maybe great at training or boarding dogs idk that wasn’t my purpose or experience with them. But finding and vetting out a breeder not so good!! Sooo $250.00 down the toilet for stupid me!! 🥺

Well I am probably the first for not a rating them a five star. Curly’s offers several great services from boarding to grooming as well other services for dogs. We have used them for boarding and grooming and have been very pleased. Although what earned this three star rating is communication and customer service. They tend to use technology such as text message way to much. When certain information maybe need for a specific service they rely to much on texting. Which is not to reliable! If they haven’t gotten some specific information they need to be calling instead of texting before ones appointment. Especially if there has been a policy change. Lastly those who work there need some training in problem solution and show a bit more care and understanding to their customers. Our

Just reflecting on my experience with Curly’s Top Dog experience over the past couple of weeks. Really, there are no words for the thankfulness I feel. I searched and researched after Bella’s board and train to find help because I did not receive the help I needed to continue training Bella. She had the basics but without guidance, I found YouTube videos and tried on my own to continued training. After a year of training everyday, I felt helpless and alone. My 90 year old mom at my house and I was so very worried. So, I found Curly’s Top Dog training. I thought it was just for hunting dogs and too far out in West Monroe. Set an appointment and even called the morning planned to drop off to see what to bring. They failed to tell us they closed from 11:40 am to 2:30 pm. We arrived at 12:15pm. Had to get someone last minute. Do not recommend.

My dog has never looked better after a grooming appointment! I think it was Kelly who worked on my dog, and she is great. My dog is normally skittish around new people but when I picked her up she seemed completely comfortable. They do an amazing job on grooming! It was also priced very well.
