From Marissa, Otis Henry & Darla Mae Crystal has been absolutely amazing from the very start. Otis Henry just had his first grooming with her, and she was so patient, gentle, and kind with him — he came out looking perfect and feeling so much more comfortable than I expected for his first visit. She also took the time to meet Darla Mae and talk me through what her grooming process will look like when she starts coming in. I really appreciated how thorough, understanding, and informative she was. It means so much when someone truly cares about your pets! We’re so grateful to have found Crystal Kutz Grooming Salon. The gals at Crystal Kutz are truly the most kind and genuine gals around. They really love animals and it's obvious the moment that you walk into the salon. Teddy and Bear are well taken care of during their full grooming service and the pricing is great! Our pups always look runway-ready when I pick them up. I highly recommend them.
