I can’t thank crossroads animal emergency enough for saving my cat’s life. My sweet cat somehow got trapped in the dryer, and I rushed him here terrified and heartbroken. The entire team acted quickly, calmly, and with so much compassion. They immediately took him in, stabilized him, and kept me informed every step of the way. er. For being a 24-hour emergency vet, I found the visit to be very reasonable financially, especially given the high-quality care we received. I’m so grateful for their quick response and kindness during such a scary time. Highly recommend this hospital to any pet parent in need of emergency care.

Visiting from Northern California when Jaco developed a “hot spot” from an unhealed wound. Crossroads was very caring and fixed Jaco up with a cone and meds, he’s feeling much better now! I’d like to add that I appreciate the emotional nature of emergency visits but staff and vet were outstanding every step of the way! Bless you for your care of my Jaco boy!

My family and I unfortunately had to put our sweet girl, Coco down last Thursday. She was having seizures and we believe she may have suffered a stroke. She was 14 years old, almost 15 in April but her time had come. I had called her current vet to make an appt for Friday to give us more time with her but her case seemed severe, we knew we had to take her that very day. We knew we had to act fast with this because she was just suffering and scared. The guilt I’m feeling not being able to pay for any treatment will haunt me forever but I know this was the best decision we could have made for her, no amount of money would bring her back to her old self, she would basically be on life support. When I called Crossroads, they were so caring and had a room prepped for us when we arrived. They we

At first I Was skeptical about this hospital because I have little knowledge of how expensive the estimates were but I did my research and it turns out that this is one of the best place to come. I highly recommend getting insurance for your pets. If you don’t I was a little, not sure about what the doctor was telling me, but it was all a misunderstanding, but this place is the best place to come if your pet ever gets into an accident or have any illnesses they do thorough analysis. Dr. Constantine was very thorough and explained Very well, even though I had to ask him to tell me about two or three times cause I’m kind of slow and didn’t understand But turns out that other places are more expensive. The whole staff at crossroads animal emergency in Norwalk were very very respectful profess

Amazing experience I would 100% recommend you to take your pets For emergencies my dog was having problems with his bladder and he couldn’t pee we took him to other hospitals in the area but none of them compared to this one. They actually care for your pet and if you don’t have enough money for treatment they do offer two types of programs that can help with the billing cost or they can work with you have, which is amazing. I am so grateful for the staff especially the nurse that was so nice and sweet and treated my dog with kindness and respect shout out to the lady that was in the front desk of the office. She was so nice I would 100% come back amazing service.
