Couldn't recommend this veterinary team, more. They are exceptional. They took care of our cat Szandor like he was their own. Especially Dr. Kaz. We will continue to use this vet in the future. Some reviews stated that the vet was expensive but we found that their services were reasonably priced and they were always upfront about the price of each procedure before performing it. We also never had an issue scheduling an appointment for our cat and we had many over a short 3 month period. They were always able to accommodate. I have nothing negative or bad to say about this place. Excellent vet!

We had been with another veterinary practice for almost 20 years. When our 14 year-old Yorkipoo was having health problems, our vet was unexpectedly closed. We had heard great things about Crosspoint Animal Hospital, and had family members who swore by them. Even though we were new to the practice, we were able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone there was so compassionate and caring. They were able to diagnose the problem and help us manage the symptoms until we could make an informed decision. They even came to our home when it was time to let him go. (Dr. Kaz was so amazing) I really can’t say enough good things about this practice. When and if we get another pet, we will 100% be using Crosspoint Animal Hispital.

Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my 16.5 year old dog. I was devastated. The Crosspointe staff made this nightmare the best experience possible, given the circumstances. They were supportive, gentle, and so compassionate. I could not have asked for a better and more honorable send-off for my best friend. A little while later, they mailed us a sympathy card signed by each of the staff. That coupled with his paw prints they gave us was above and beyond. For that, I will always be so thankful for this office!

All of our pets go here! We’ve liked them for the couple of years we’ve been going, but we really saw just how great they are as we recently had to put our dog down. They were incredibly gracious. They are above and beyond with full service. They provided resources to explain to our young kids. They were able to do it at our house so our dog was comfortable and not stressed out. Couldn’t ask for a more compassionate group who was just so kind during our time of deep grief.
