I would never take my beloved pets anywhere else. Their care is so personalized and special to each animal. Emma and Cat are the absolute best people i’ve ever met. Dr. Hale has taken care of our pets as long as I can remember. There is never overcharging or pressing for extra testing if it is unnecessary. This office truly has your pets best interest at heart. Even if I move away I will be bringing my animals here. You can tell everyone in the office absolutely loves what they do.

I've been seeing Dr Hale since 2006. He and Lynn have been amazing with my dogs and cats. Years ago, when we had to put our cats down we could not have asked for a more compassionate staff. Dr Hale cares about every animal he sees. Recently we had a large tumor show up on one of our corgis. Because of the type and placement we were very concerned. The staff kept us updated before and after surgery. I never had a doubt that Bristol was in great hands. Here's a photo of Talladega and Bristol heading to see Lynn and friends at CCAC. If I could give this clinic negative stars I would! Today our beloved neighborhood cat was found barley responsive, severely dehydrated, seizing, and had been potentially hit by a car. We knew he was not going to survive his injury's in his condition, and we did NOT want him to suffer. This clinic was the closest place to us open, hoping to be able to just get him euthanized, these people did not give us OR him the time of day. The employee in the front went to the back to talk to the doctor, and all the sudden the vet was extremely loud and rude, I could hear him from the waiting area saying "if its dying what does she want us to do, we are a clinic not an emergency vet" which I completely understand but we did not want him to suffer any longer than he had to. 10/10. Knowledgeable doctors and staff, who love our animals. They offer multiple means of communication voice, video, and texting! (Which is most convenient for me, personally.) Their website is full of information, and direct links to keep on top of any prescriptions, special diets, etc. As of Feb 3rd, 2021, the office is continuing its Covid protocols (such as drop off only, extra cleaning, etc), small precautions, which make visits take a bit longer, but staff keeps you updated the entire time; I always feel safe leaving my animals with them and appreciate the extra measures taken to ensure health and safety of everyone.

I am beyond disappointed with the horrific experience we had yesterday. To schedule a drop off appointment for my senior, ailing 13-year-old dog and then subject her to a SIX-HOUR wait, only to be told she couldn't be seen after returning for her schedule pickup time, is inexcusable. My poor dog was left for hours in a stressful environment without her owners. I have serious concerns about whether she was even given basic care like water or bathroom breaks. Our past experiences here were already subpar at best, but this seals the deal. We will not be back as any pet and pet owner needs compassionate and competent veterinary care.
