Cross Country Playcare

We started using Puppy Playcare at Cross Country to socialize our puppy, work on training, & build courage for our shy girl. We’ve taken her weekly for over a year and she’s still excited to go every week. It has been so beneficial for her development & Cindy, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. She takes the time to explain and show training, working with both pet and handler together. It’s a wonderful experience for both pets and owners. Our newest addition thinks Playcare is her weekly vacation. She loves playing with all the dogs of every age and size. They come home happy and exhausted. It’s a win for everyone.

The pictures say it ALL. My Malinois doesn't like being away from me at all but being at boarding/playcare with her friends makes her so happy! Thank you Cross Country Playcare for being a safe place for my girl to be herself!! My big Berner boy absolutely loves making new friends, during his last stay he decided he found his best friend and the 2 were inseparable, I can't wait to have get him back up there so they can play again. I will never let my pups stay anywhere else.

Cross Country is THE best Playcare I have ever used! She understands dog behaviors and socialization. Cindy provides excellent care for my pup. I trust her to board my dog while I am gone. Snax is adopted and had anxiety at first. Cindy helped me get that under control. She provides helpful dog care advice, gives suggestions that helps me be a better dog parent.

First time having my pets at a doggy day care. I would never allow my dogs to go here again. Nothing happened to the employee that put this on my dog and injured him. I would not recommend this facility for anyone. This shock collar was put on so tight it punctured my pets neck and then was moved and punctured his neck again. Do not go here!!!

We have used Country Cross Playcare for both daily play and extended overnight stays. Our dogs do so well there, and the rates are very reasonable. Her set-up is always well-maintained, and she was so helpful introducing my more socially awkward dog to new friends. Having someone who has worked with dogs in such a diverse and extensive capacity is very reassuring! Absolutely recommend!
