We have been coming here for 25 years now , I think. Over the years we have seen many Dr.s and staff. It has always been a pleasant experience. Our dog is quite the nervous one. Everyone is so patient and loving with her.

I have been a client at this clinic for over six years, and this is the most disappointing visits I’ve ever had. And I will not come back I was not informed in advance that I would be seeing a new veterinarian, which was already frustrating. During the visit, my German Malinois was sitting calmly when a male staff member came from behind and forcefully pushed my dog without warning or proper approach. This was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. If my dog had reacted defensively, the situation could have ended very badly—and my dog would have been unfairly blamed. I offered to help handle my dog, but my offer was refused. To make matters worse, I paid $450 for this visit, yet the level of care, communication, and professionalism was unacceptable. Friendly and professional. I appreciate how the veterinarians will take the time to explain if you have questions rather than relying on the tech to explain something they should be explaining. They do their best to fit your pet if there is something urgent vs emergent.

Appointments always available within a reasonable amount of time, very professional and friendly staff, clean and welcoming facility.

Knowledgeable and compassionate vets. HOWEVER, they will not send prescriptions to Chewy for you. The only purpose this serves is to make it more inconvenient to use pharmacies other than their in-house pharmacy. Their in-house pharmacy is much more expensive, and they profit a lot more from it. They also won’t do the heart worm shot which is much cheaper than taking a monthly pill, which they also profit from. I am always disappointed when healthcare providers make decisions that are profit motivated rather than care motivated.
