Critters Grooming

Writing this on behalf of a family member who does not have access to this. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Dropped off a 1 year old dog to be groomed at 12 noon and was given a timeframe of 5pm (closing time of business) for Wybie to be finished and ready to be picked up. 5pm comes and goes and still no call that he is done. Called at 5:40pm she said still not ready and that she would call when finished. Hours go by, at 7:30pm called back and it went straight to voicemail. She called back at 9:30pm STILL not finished. Completely ridiculous. 9:30pm.... from Noon. What is she actually doing for 9 and a half hours? Went to the groomer, at 10pm could see she was still grooming dogs... 10:30pm, still not ready. Low price excellent friendly service I love this place they are so good with our dogs I wouldn't even consider taking my dogs anywhere else

My dog has been to several different groomers. Each time they said my dog was good. This lady said my dog was nasty not well behaved pooped and peed and bit her several times. I told her to stop and I would be right there to pick my dog up. I waited ten minutes to get my dog back . My dog was traumatized and needless to say we will never return. I gave her a tip because I felt bad my dog bit her. The dog is a 20 pound Aussiebdoodle with no history of defiant behavior just skidding and nervous.

She did an excellent job with our dogs, very happy with the results. I know she put in the extra effort to get our pups looking good. Will definitely be using her again.
