(This is long, sorry) - I just want to say a huge Thank you to all staff at Critter Fixers from the Vet Techs to the front staff, every single one and and big heartfelt Thank you to Dr. Hodges. My baby got sick months ago and he put in alot of work to find out what the real cause was, and we got the answer. After that it was a struggle daily for him and me. I kept a notebook of all the times Buddy ate, didn't eat, used litter box, meds, his moods etc. Trying every food/treat/meats/gels to get him to eat i had a record for just about every hour of the day for him. Even to me bringing Buddy up there daily for awhile until I was able to do it myself (it was hard for me to restrain my cat emotionally as well as physically for the liquid meds) so staff can help with liquid meds, Buddy fought th

Critter Fixer and Dr Hodges are amazing! I am late to the party on how good this place is. Dr Hodges is so kind and smart. He took great care of my baby when our vet turned us away. She was admitted to the hospital and treated like a queen. Great communication! I won’t take my sweet Ellie Mae anywhere else. ♥️

First time visiting with a new puppy. We were taken back immediately to a room away from the other animals. Looking forward to along relationship with them taking care of my puppies needs

unfortunately me and my husband had to take our bearded dragon to the vet due to terrible circumstances, but we were met with nothing but kindness and patience. they helped my baby bearded dragon as much as they could and i could truly tell they’re so passionate about animals small and large. this was my first time ever having to go there, and although our baby did pass away :( , the staff there did what they could to make it easier for us. i wasn’t aware they did what they did for loss of pets bc i’ve never lost my own but when my husband walked out with a clay imprint of her little feet i just cried bc im so thankful they gave us that memory of her, along with a sweet card. thank you to critter fixer. yall truly are amazing. 🖤

We had to say goodbye to our dog of 14 years and Dr. Silva was very kind and compassionate. She really put my mind at ease about to whole situation and she seems very empathetic. I was surprised by the private room with couches that we were able to be in to say out goodbyes. They even had chocolates since that room is for goodbyes and most dogs never get to try chocolate. We even got a paw print with his name in clay which I was not expecting and really means alot to my children. Thank you and we will be seeing you again for out other pets
