Took my dog Mila for a bath and a nail trim. She was so happy afterwards. Highly recommend and very reasonable pricing. I most definitely will bring her back
Asked for a bath and nail trim, with no clipping. After her bath, we received texted pics suggesting we trim her up a little bit. They asked for us to trust them as they do aussies and doodles all the time. Apparently, after the first trimming they thought it wasn’t short enough, so they took it upon themselves to continue trimming from four and half inches of fur down to a half inch of fur. To add insult to injury, the trimming is completely uneven and got down to her bare skin in some spots. I had to even out her face myself. My dog was butchered and now has no fur to protect her in the coming winter months. These people are amateurs. A professional would have known to stop. A professional would take accountability for their mistake. Instead, my wife was charged a $150 for this
I've taken my poodle mix twice to them. The first time, they did a great job. The second grooming looked good, but I noticed my dog acting odd. He kept shaking his head oddly, and it was because they plucked his freaking ears. I'm not a vet or groomer, and even I know you do NOT pluck a dog's ears without a medical reason! I had to take him to the vet who confirmed extreme irritation to his ears, a higher risk of infection, and some scabbing from the plucking. It costed me $170 to have his ears thoroughly checked for damage and to get the medicine to help the swelling and irritation as well as prevent infection. The vet started explaining why you should not pluck a dog's ears without consulting a vet, and I had to explain to the vet that I didn't ask for this. I never told them to pluck hi
We've tried several boarding facilities for our two dogs and always had a GREAT experience here. They are extremely flexible, accomodating and courteous and our dogs always come home happy and healthy. Even during extended stays due to us traveling out of state for long periods of time our dogs don't have any issues with seperation anxiety (something one of them has dealt with in the past elsewhere). They seem to genuinely enjoy their time at this facility and are well taken care of. Thanks!!
We were looking for a new dog groomer for our Border Collie Bode. After reading all the positive reviews on Critter Cuts, we decided to give them a try and are so glad we did. When they met Bode, they did all the necessary(!) fussing over him, listened to what we wanted for his grooming and when we picked him up, he looked handsome, relaxed and just as we hoped he would. Price was reasonable and we will use Critter Cuts again as we need to. Nice women who do a good job!
