Critter Clippers Pet Grooming

Took my Bella Rosa Lee today. Was very pleased with how personal we were treated. Bella looked and smelled great! They sent me the cutest photo and she had a darling bandana to spruce her up on her spa day!! Very pleased as the last two places rushed her and she was sent home damp. Thank you for a positive experience!

Janna is the only groomer in town that I trust with my dogs. She always does a phenomenal job when it comes to my Pomeranian. I can’t wait to see how she does with my new puppy! Only the best things about Critter Clippers!

We've been going to Critter Clippers for years and would never go anywhere else. The love and dedication they have for their clients is second to none. They are very careful to make sure that all their customers are up to date on vaccines to make sure that they have the safest environment possible. Most of all they do wonderful work at an amazing price. Absolutely the BEST.

Very rude. My phone dropped on the floor and the lady with the glasses commented talking badly about me. Not only that, but my dog had an accident due to being scared and the owner said “evidently they don’t take her out”. I’m quite confused how my dogs anxiety as well as not being comfortable with the groomers means we don’t take care of her? Very unprofessional and never done on time. Asked to be done before 4 and was done at 5. My dog always shakes whenever she comes here but never anywhere else. Clearly something is up with this place. Would NOT recommend for your fur babies.

I made an appointment here because my other groomer closed. I made a little mistake by not realizing one of my dog’s shots were expired. I do appreciate the lady calling the vet for me, but she had a very bad attitude about it. I tried to reschedule with that lady and she told me “I’m wasting my time, I need money, I have bills to pay” she didn’t let me reschedule because of a simple mistake. All this lady cares about is money. I work in customer service and I would NEVER say I’m wasting my time with anyone. If she’s rude to the customer then who knows how she would handle your fur baby. The inside of the place is filthy. My other groomer kept it so clean so there is no excuse why that place should be that filthy! Save your money and time and don’t go here.
