Critter Boarding Inc

I took my two dogs there for a week. This was their first time being boarded so we did a trial run for a night prior to vacation. The staff was great and my dogs had a blast.

TWICE in a row they gave me my cat back covered in piss and neither time did they acknowledge it or warn me. I took my senior cat in to them to board and they apparently are so scary to my cat that he pisses himself. I am not sure if he has full access to a litter box or not but if he does and he's so scared there he won't use it, what are they doing in that room? It is very disturbing to have your animal back and they look worse than when they were brought in or terrified to death. The rude young blonde girl that took him in the AM apparently was annoyed I was 7 minutes early of my appointment time, which by the way is on time to most people. She was extremely UN-reassuring or personable when I mentioned my cat has become increasingly difficult to give medication to after they ruined his

The owner of this establishment is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t treat people or animals very good. I go in this morning to hear this woman screaming at her employees that just look like they’ve done all they can for this lady and she’s so ungrateful. I will never bring an animal in here again. They must have 70 dogs and very little help and I understand why they have little help. I feel so sorry for the employees of this place. If that was my family being talked to the way this lady talked to her enployees, it definitely wouldn’t last long

Nice place for doggie day care and overnight boarding. Our pup stayed overnight for the first time without his sister and had a good time. No problems with the other dogs and we got a nice report on how he did. Definitely will be using again.

I have a beautiful chocolate lab that is always with me. The most that I am ever away from her is just a few hours to go grocery shopping or do some local errands. So naturally when it was time for our vaca I started freaking out cuz I knew I was gonna have to figure something out. We had her scheduled to go elsewhere, but after finding out I wasn't allowed to tour where she would be staying, I decided against it. So, last minute I called her vet and they recommended Critter Boarding. I called them and they said I could come right then to tour the place. So, we went right away and I was very impressed.
