Straight away the receptionist was professional and great to look at. I'm pretty sure the Doctor knew exactly what was needed. The doctor didn't waste any time, even though I possibly broke etiquette by bringing in a sick case that I personally felt was almost an emergency; and wouldn't have been able to bring in for another day or two at least which may have been to late for it to recover fully. The Doctor was also appreciable. The final receptionist that was more veteran at the position, checked out my purchases quickly and was helpful and appreciable. I feel confident that everything will be better now. I paid a very fair price for the no nonsense professional treatment and remedy.

I took my dog to this clinic about a year ago, and I still think about the care she received and how disappointed and heartbroken I am. My dog was sick when I brought her in, and I told the staff there had been a dead mouse in her dog food bag. They immediately fixated on the idea that she had contracted leptospirosis, and the staff made it seem like my children and I were in danger and needed to go home and clean everything. They prescribed antibiotics, but my dog kept getting worse. They sent her bloodwork out, and it came back negative, yet they still had no answers and showed no urgency. They told me to hand-feed her with a syringe and give her water that way. I brought her back multiple times, but every visit I felt brushed off. Dr. Shaylee and staff have been wonderful to work with! They helped us with a horse eye removal as well as another horse injury and were very informative and answered any and all questions we had! Dr. Shaylee even texted to follow up on how they're healing. We will definitely use them again!

Cannot recommend them enough! We needed multiple farm visits for one of our goats and every time the visit was same day. Dr. Shaylee was fantastic, as was everyone in the office that we either spoke or texted with. This was our first time using them, and they will now be our go-to for our other goats!

Was going to another Vet in town, but felt like they were judgmental and not willing to work with myself so I switched to here and so far they have been phenomenal to my pets, especially one who had a freak accident and fractured his pelvis and they took very good care of him And had a very good surgery experience and after surgery, he healed up very nicely and they were checking on him and I just feel very confident with this veterinarian clinic that they truly care for the animals and non-judgmental and that means a lot.
