We brought our 2-year-old golden retriever, Sully, in today, and we are so grateful for Maggie, the vet tech who helped us. She was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. Maggie took the time to clearly explain everything about Sully’s arthritis and helped us understand what it means for such a young dog. She walked us through the treatment options and next steps with patience and care, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable and informed before we left. It’s obvious she truly cares about the animals she works with and the families who love them. We left feeling reassured and thankful that Sully is in such good hands. We really appreciate her kindness and expertise!

Three days ago our 5 month old Dane mix puppy got ahold of a kitchen sponge first thing in the morning. After several minutes of me frantically trying to retrieve it from him he swallowed it WHOLE! I knew there was no way he was going to pass it so I got him in the car and called Crestview. When I arrived staff was already waiting for him and immediately took him back and induced vomiting and retrieved the sponge! They were all SO sweet with him and cheering him on, making a stressful situation feel a whole lot lighter. I hope I never have to use them again in an emergency, but I will definitely use them for other vet services moving forward. Thank you so much from me and Charlie!

We use Abby for grooming our long hair Jack Russell. She has been Cinnamon's faithful groomer for 8 years now. Abby is on top of her game. Cinnamon comes home perfectly trimmed, smelling like roses and is very bouncy with the weight of her extra hair removed. I really appreciate how Abby remembers our preferences for Cinnamon, down to the longer cut in the winter months, medium in the spring and shaved all summer. She always gets our next appointments booked for us too so I don't have to remember to do that. Also, Crestview keeps up with Cinnamon's Bordetella vaccine so we can just update that at her grooming appointments so I don't have to make a special appointment for that either. Grooming with Abby at Crestview is just like hitting the easy button!

Crestview states they are a 24/7 emergency vet yet they do not the medical equipment or staff to handle emergencies. I had 2 vets handling my Petey’s care and their diagnosis/concerns were different. Due to not having a vet on staff at night, I had to pick my very ill dog up and take him to a real emergency vet at Alpharetta Vets. Petey is currently undergoing emergency surgery and I pray that his outcome is positive with the delay in his treatment. This delay is due to Crestview not having the equipment and medical personnel to properly care for my dog. If you are not a true emergency clinic, don’t claim to be! It gives pet owners a false sense of security. I have used Crestview since adopting Petey in 2018. Abbie has groomed him since his first puppy cut and we will miss her.

I want to provide my sincerest thank you for the care provide to my cat, Toby, yesterday. The vet tech, Stephen, and the Veterinarian, Dr. Cherry, both did such an amazing job of making Toby and I feel comfortable and cared for. His respiratory infection progressed so quickly through the night and I was functioning on high anxiety. They both carefully answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Toby had to be sedated because he wasn’t handling the blood work well and even when they were struggling with him prior to sedation and dealing with me while I was stressed out about the sedation the care they provided to him (and me) was incredible.
