Creekside Resort

We have been using all 3 Creekside locations for over 10 years now. While boarding our 14 1/2 year old lab at the Resort last month, he started having some health issues. They immediately called one of our contacts who reached out to us. The issue was resolved quickly but then another problem arose and we then decided we needed to get home to him. We were out of the country and could not get home until late. A staff member Kat, immediately took charge of the situation and kept us informed on everything. She also brought him to stay with her in the front office. When we finally arrived home very late, Kat met us at the kennel at 1:30 in the morning so we could bring Bowdie home. The staff is super friendly. They take the precautions to ensure that pets are safe. Melissa and her team genuinely care about thier work and their technique is effective. Very happy with how my dog's behaviors have improved.

The 3 Creekside Kennels are the best I’ve ever used. Each dog has a private room with a Dutch door. The extensive green space offers a great space for the dogs to run and play outside. They are an inclusive facility and will specialize their care to meet your dog’s needs. My dog is always happy to go off with the staff and is never miffed at me when I return. 😊 I highly recommend Creekside.
