My dog Detective Simon, has a nack for eating everything he isn't supposed to, and sucked in a hoof chew before I could grab it. It was a really long day, and I got home, got ready for bed and this happened. 9pm and we were off to the ER. I am so grateful to this wonderful Vet, and fabulous technician staff for not only taking excellent care of Simon, but they were personable, so friendly and professional at the same time woth myself and my daughter. They are 45 minutes from my home, and there is another Vet ER in the other direction nearly the same time frame but after dealing with that other ER in the past, I'd choose Creature Comforts again. Although, I'm hoping to not have any emergencies again any time soon. Thank you for your excellent care!

I am writing this after a great deal of reflection, not to assign blame for an outcome, but to share an experience that has stayed with me and continues to cause significant distress. I found my dog about two years ago from a very difficult background underweight, and abadoned. Over those two years, I nursed him back to health physically and emotionally. He became confident, playful, and deeply bonded. He loved fetch, went on regular walks, and was friendly and gentle with everyone he knew. He was strong, well-fed, alert, and happy. I initially brought him in believing he had an ear infection. After examination, lymphoma was raised as a possibility and an FNA was performed. They were absolutely wonderful! They literally saved our mastiff’s life. We brought him there with a bowel blockage, they did surgery the next day and kept him to monitor him. The staff and vet are amazing. They took such good care of our Attie boy! I would recommend them to anyone!

We found ourselves scrambling to find a knowledgeable and available emergency vet for our bunny in GI stasis on a Saturday afternoon in Syracuse, NY. Thankfully we called Creature Comforts and told them our bunny's symptoms and after the go-ahead, we drove down. They were able to treat him successfully, and after 5 days our bunny was well enough to come home! We were very happy with the communication, the charting, the price and the happy outcome. Thank you so much for taking care of my little old guy today. He is doing so much better after the care and support he was given today. Getting a same day appointment is unheard of, especially after a big winter storm. He is doing better already after getting his splint and some meds. Thank you again for your care and time.
