Creature Comforts Veterinary Hospital

I brought my dog to Creature Comforts after he was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. He had developed new symptoms and findings from a prior exam that raised concerns the tumor might have spread. His regular doctor was unavailable, it was unclear when he would return, and the office was short-staffed. I was worried because we didn’t have a clear treatment plan or defined next steps. Creature Comforts was able to see him quickly for an exam and ultrasound, and thoroughly reviewed his records. They also provided medication he needed. I was amazed by this clinic. Staff are kind and polite. Dr. Amy Johnson took care of my cat and she is amazing. The nurse is so careful with him. But what most amazed me is that they give you freedom to decide what you want for your pet, they don't keep pushing treatments your pet doesn't need on you. My cat has asthma and they just gave me the medication he is used to take. They did not told me a need a bunch of exames to see if he has asthma, like other places do, they just used the records from my other vet. The place is clean and cozy. I recently move here and I am very happy to find this place.

We were in and out for a “sick visit” for my old lady cat. They took such good and thorough care of us and got us back out the door in no time. Dr. W was fabulous with her and helped to keep her calm the entire time. It also didn’t cost an arm and a leg, including the exam and medication. She was super helpful with returning a call the following day to help clarify a question I had, while being super empathetic and understanding of our situation.

I’ve been going to Creature Comforts for the last decade+ and I’ve been really happy with the current management, including Vets, Technicians and other staff. I usually see Dr. Johnson and she’s thoughtful about my dog’s health and care, and always nice and friendly. We had a Tech yesterday who was so kind and gentle with our dog, who gets a little nervous at the vet. Thank you so much!

I had just the best experience at creature comforts. I took in my very old kitty that was very sick and the staff was so helpful throughout the whole process (making an appointment, getting checked in and checked out, and of course the appointment itself. A week later and she’s doing so much better! They are super transparent about their pricing (which was affordable) and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t really want to spend the extra money on. I will definitely be back with my 2 other kitties :)
