Creature Comforts Pet Supplies

The cashiers were not attentive or friendly. I had a couple of questions and was told there was another customer that needed to be checked out. I requested medium Dubias, 30 or so. There was no consistency in size; tiny ranging to large. They were also more expensive than the pet store I usually go to. I also bought mealworms. Self-service fridge in the back. These turned out to be the most lethargic worms I have ever encountered. Many were dead. Not knowing what caused them to die, I threw them away. While shopping the staff never asked about my reptile or showed any knowledge about the creatures the provide for, again unlike my regular feed store. My new quartzite island top is beatiful. The installers were great, they are very hard workers and friendly. Charlie, the fellow that helped with my purchase was very helpful also. I would buy from them again. The price seemed to be reasonable although I was only able to compare with one other shop do to lack of time. Thank you guys!

We walked in after searching reptile breeders (NEVER buy from petco or a chain store) These folks are super friendly and helpful.. we had no idea what kind of snake we wanted but they easily helped narrow it down with basic questions and showed us a banana pewter we liked instantly.. went over proper care etc. AND even offered to bring the reptile in if anything seems wrong (but he’s very healthy) Very pleased and of you’re looking for a new reptile pet find em here

I like getting aquarium fish here. They come in healthy, the tanks are well maintained, and Cassi is always pleasant and knowledgeable about livestock husbandry.
