CCPR did such great job with one of my dogs that I could not help but to create a review that is reflective of such amazing care! Lexi and the rest of the team were so caring with my dog who had to board for about a week. They gave him an amazing haircut and he looks sparkly clean, and happy! I'm so thankful for the team and all they did to make Aeris' stay a terrific one!

When we arrived, which was later than expected because we were from out of town, wanted to try a closer boarding facility to where we were traveling, and my work didn't allow me to drive up early enough the night before to make the required drop off time - which is not flexible even though they have 24 hour staff, so I was charged $135 for a night my dog didn't stay - my dogs room reeked of pee and was filthy. We had a trip planned so we had no option but to leave our dog there and hope they would clean the room for him. I felt awful and unsettled as we left. While on our trip, we had a family emergency that required us to cancel a night early and head back to where we live. We boarded our dog here for 3 days and she seems very happy and content after her stay! They have lots of add-on options like playtime with staff and a water play area! I liked the add-on for a discounted bath at the end of her stay. The facility looked very clean and cared for and the staff were very friendly. I love the report card we got after her stay!

Dave the manager was super unprofessional I was supposed to talk to him on Monday but instead I received a call late Sunday afternoon 20 mins before close, unexpectedly to schedule my dogs boarding appointment he had a horrible attitude the whole time I told him I was busy but pressured me to schedule it on the spot, charged me $50 fee before even telling me the total price of the stay which was like $1200+ for 5 days. After I had a few mins to digest the outrages price I called back 10 mins later right before close to cancel and he said I can’t get the $50 back and he hung up on me super unprofessional can’t believe they let someone like that work there. I’d give 0 stars if I could. First picture is what my dog looked like before we boarded her, second picture is how she came home. My husband and I take our dog there for daycare every once and a while and they’ve always said everything was great so we took her there for boarding this past week and this is how she came home. I can count every one of her ribs and her hip bones are sticking out. I understand dogs can have anxiety when they’re owners drop them off but I called and asked about her frequently and was always told she was eating great and everything was going really well for her. For a very costly boarding stay, my dog should not be coming home looking like this. I was either being lied to about her condition or they didn’t even notice in the time she was there that she was losing
