Creature Comforts is truly a gem in our community. The staff is always amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great with our dogs. They (of course) welcome dogs into the store, and they’ll even occasionally surprise them with treats… something our dogs are very appreciative of (photo proof included 😉). They carry a wide range of high-quality products and will even go out of their way to stock unique items, including a specific kibble we buy, which we really appreciate. Over the holidays, they hosted a fun in-store scentwork competition (searching for hidden odor containers), and our dogs absolutely loved it. Dre took her time to help me understand all the different types of dog food these days. From grain friendly to grain free to full grain…from who had their own factory to who has had the least amount of recalls. She helped me pick the perfect food for my new pup. Thanks!

I have been a CC customer for years and the Staff (esp Laura & Dre) and Support Staff (Kenwood & Yaesu) have been there for all our questions, offered great advice, and have always provided personalized service at the counter. The three rescue cats that we have had over the years have benefited from the selections at the store. Although there are other pet stores in town, and multiple online vendors, Creature Comforts is ALWAYS our first choice. Five Stars from us, and our current boy, Xeno!!!
