Creature Comforts

Almost never come here as it’s out of my way. I always loved it here as a kid and remember loving looking around and always had great experiences. That was not the case today. We went in looking for a couple new goldfish. The sales guy(wish I got his name) was short and rude with us during his first interaction. Then we looked around for a bit and found what we needed. We went to ask him for help and he said when he was done with his current customer. He proceeded to spend the next 25 minutes with her and followed her out to her car, gave her a big hug, all while she bought nothing. Went in for dog beds and was concerned that my Great Danes would not fit and the bed didn’t haven’t sizes in it. This employee says “well how much does he weigh?” I told him 175 and he says, “Well I’m about 175 let’s see if I fit!” 10/10 best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. He told me his name but of course I forgot but if your reading this Thank you for the help and the laughs. :) Maverick and Lucy appreciates you too! :)

Used to be the best place to get fish.I was there yesterday just looking at the fish and some older big guy bark at me like he was a 5 star general,when asking if I needed help or not,kinda rattled me because I was like wth.. Im just looking. As I was standing by I heard him tell a father with a young daughter its perfectly fine to put fish in a new tank along as you wait 24-48 hrs..this caught my attention..and I stood by to listen. He then told them as long as you chang the water water once a month everything would be fine.. when they walked away I asked them if it was a brand new tank.and it was, I told them small water changes everyday,get a water test kit and go home and look up how to cycle a tank. Went back to looking at the fish. I was shocked to see the condition of the tanks. Di

I have driven past Creature Comforts a ton and finally decided to stop by since I was looking for Jumping Spider food. They are incredibly busy but also very friendly! The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely shop here for all of my pets needs!

Cashiers are great but everyone else’s acts like you’re stealing and causing them a brain tumor. I will not be returning and I’ve been shopping here for over a year. Strange way to treat customers who spend $100+ a week.
