They did a great job grooming my mini AussieDoodle especially for his first time with them. He’s quite barky but friendly otherwise. The groomer listened to our request for a puppy cut but not too short (I was worried about my dog’s coat ending up too short like other reviews.) Pricing is a bit high at $75 but we don’t like changing groomers on our dog (for familiarity reasons) so we’ll be back.

staff and owner were great! Treated my older pooch like royalty (i.e. Freeway from Heart to Heart) and my pooch still smelled goods days after the grooming. Won't hesitate to go back when needed. Thanks again- made me and my pooch very happy.

Once again Creative Clips saved the day when my dog Goose rolled in manure while on a walk. He was glistening and very stinky. I called them immediately when I realized it was more than I could handle in a wash. This is the second time they made it worked, stated bring him right in, we will take care of it. 9 washes later, blown dried, I had a clean dog. My gratitude for their flexibility and help is huge. I own Bernese Mountain Dogs and I trust them completely with their ability to handle my dogs. I also have a Great Pyrenees mix, she loves to get pampered by them.

I called and made an appointment to then get a phone call back a few minutes later asking if I can bring my dog in within a half hour. Okay fine. So I bring him in, go home, and maybe 20 minutes later my husband gets a call from them saying my dog is “being aggressive towards other dogs and the staff, pooping everywhere, and next time he needs to be medicated before coming. They washed him but couldn’t blow dry him or cut his nails.” I get there and Felicia (who was very friendly and helpful) kindly explained my dog was having bad anxiety and pooping everywhere. Understandable. When I asked about the price (they were charging $75) seeing as my dog wasn’t blown dry and nails weren’t clipped she had another woman come out who told me nail clippings were only $5 and they blew dry him 80% so t

Excellent care of my lab! Cleaned ears, cut toenails, and gave a medicated bath with undercoat comb out and blowdrying dry! Came home with a cute bandana 😊
