Crazy Dog Grooming

CERO STARS.....I’m writing this review to warn other pet owners about my experience at this grooming business. On December 13, 2025, we took our dog to this groomer. When we picked him up, his leg was broken and no one told us. The owner, Heidy Lujan (Woman with short hair), later admitted the injury happened in their care and paid the first two veterinary invoices. For the next two months, we tried to resolve the situation privately. But when our dog needed surgery to repair the damage, the owner refused to take responsibility or cover the remaining medical costs. I’m sharing this so other families can make an informed decision before trusting their pets here. Do not take your pet to Crazy Dog Grooming (Eastlake). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I took my 3 dogs to get groomed this past Saturday, loved the service, great staff and clean place. I recommend this place 100%. Will definitely make this my go to place for my fur babies

Let’s not forget Justice for Bevo. How is this place still open? Take accountability for what you’ve done and shut down. And stop deleting reviews to look good. Future clients should be aware of what this place has done.

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service we received today. Both of my puppies came back traumatized, and I noticed multiple cuts and red marks on their bodies. They seem distressed and are refusing to eat, which is extremely concerning. I expected a professional and caring experience, but sadly, that was not the case.

Took my 2 dogs and they did an EXCELLENT job!!! Very professional and took very good care of my dogs. I definitely recommend this place.
