By appointment only!! Wednesdays are the later time day usually there until 5-6 pm. Monday Tuesday and Thursday open usually until 1-2 depends on appointments. Can groom Dogs 45lbs or less.

I would rate this business lower if possible. I brought my dog in for a nail trim, and the facility appeared unclean and disorganized. I was instructed to hold my dog on the table while his nails were being clipped. The nails were cut unevenly and left jagged on all four paws. One back nail was cut to the point of significant bleeding, and the response to it was minimal. My dog was visibly frightened throughout the process. I will not be returning.
My anxious pup is at ease here! He is so soft and handsome when he has his hair done!
Mary was the best. Always friendly, gave great cuts for our family dogs. She has retired and her daughter, Cindy, is equally as talented. Love Cozy Critters.
Absolutely great service!! Very reasonable prices too, will definitely be seeing Cozy Critters for future appointments!!
We would not take our dog Reeder anywhere else.....
