Cozy Bubbles - Dog Grooming Spa

I hate to do this because the staff is SOO sweet, caring, communicative and great. However I did not have a great experience. I picked up my maltipoo up after 3 hours and 40 minutes for a tidy up service. I didn't mind the long service until I saw how he was left. The inner ear was dirty, no hair was removed. Around his private part there was a red spot like a razor cut (pictures attached). Around his paws there was barely any paw hair removed. Additionally his tail was not cleaned or brushed. The hair above his mouth was barely trimmed as well. I was not going to say anything or leave a review until I saw the razor cut especially because nothing about the cut was mentioned to me at pick up. UPDATE: Cozy Bubbles owner contacted me directly was very sweet and professional in her response.

Nica and her team did an amazing job with my husky. I know he is a LOT of work for a groomer but she welcomed him nonetheless. When I picked him up I could tell an immediate difference in his mood as opposed to when I’d pick him up from petsmart grooming. He wasn’t exhausted, didn’t drink a gallon of water when he got home, wasn’t acting like I’d abandoned him with strangers. We will definitely be returning to Nica. I could tell he was treated like her own fur baby and that is very hard to find. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I am in AWE of how amazing our experience at Cozy Bubbles has been. Our little golden doodle had her first grooming with them, and she looks amazing, I was very impressed with how they welcomed us into their space, explained the whole process to me, and treated my pup with such care and love. They sent videos and pictures throughout the process to keep me updated and we are right at HOME choosing them for our service.

I love bringing my dog to Cozy Bubbles Dog Grooming Spa! Nico and the team always provide a wonderful one-on-one experience for my anxious puppy. I know she’s in the best hands and truly enjoys her bubble baths, pampering, and all the love they give her. She always looks amazing when I pick her up.
