They got me fit in for an emergency visit because my dog was pretty sick. So far so good. I will say the lack of empathy was present with the tech and staff. I get that they probably see it everyday but I didn't get the feeling as a paying customer that they wanted to help besides take my money. I understand no payment plans, so unless you have money maybe look somewhere else.

We had check ups and shots for our littles this past week. The staff was amazing as usual. They always handle the littles with such care and are always very thorough with exams and any explanations. We ♥️ CVC....

Dr. Nichols and his team were fantastic! Our cat Milo had surgery, and they treated him with real care and kept us updated every day, which meant everything. On top of that, they’ve always taken great care of our three Labs and my parent’s Lab during regular checkups - same kindness, same professionalism. Milo is recovering well and looks great, and we couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for Dr Nichols and his team.Truly a team you can trust. Highly recommend.

This is our favorite place for vet care . Routine care or emergency, they have you covered.. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.. No super long waits in the years we have been going. They handle our babies with such care . Doggy Style Labradors rates them a 10/10.

Not sure how this continues to not be posted. I want to inform all owners who have reached out for ear cropping with this office. One start being, it gives no other option. On a side note, I later found out from family and friends in the area, they refuse to visit this clinic due to their poor customer service. I understand this review will have mixed feelings due to the procedure I.E ear cropping, however, for those that approve your fur baby being up to breed standards this is for you. The state I live in has very few practices that preform this procedure, which is why I ended up at Covington Animal Hospital.
